North of England Consortium for Arts and Humanities: 12 Fully-funded PhD studentships
The North of England Consortium for Arts and Humanities, led by the University of Hull, invites high-quality proposals from applicants for up to 12 PhD studentships tenable for three years from 1 October 2015. Applicants apply to the Consortium, with successful candidates admitted to the university with the most appropriate supervision, with co-supervision at another member university. All students will undertake common cohort-based postgraduate training in research impact, public engagement, entrepreneurship and digital humanities, and will have access to facilities and research support at the other Consortium members.
Applicants, who should hold at least a good undergraduate, and a Master’s qualification (or be completing their programme), may propose research in any area of the Consortium’s current round of studentships:

- Visual Culture
